If you want to visit a very special little farm in bucolic Stanley, Black Barn Farm is a treat. Friends of ours, Jade and Charlie and their kids have created the most wonderful regenerative farm and orchard. You can pick berries and apples, attend workshops and purchase an incredible array of home made products and heirloom apple tree varieties. And it’s absolutely beautiful. Jade and Charlie have the magic touch.
Stanley is a 10 minute drive from Beechworth. It’s elevation is 750 metres which is lovely in summer and chilly in winter. You’ll be happy for the open fire at 1860 when you get home with your baskets and minds full of wonderful Black Barn Farm delights.
