What’s old is new again with the original Billson’s Brewery site from the 1860’s revived into a thriving precinct with traditional cordials, sodas and spirits. A not to be missed Beechworth experience where you can taste the range of cordials, enjoy lunch and freshly brewed beer or check out the Speakeasy, for cocktails and local wines.
A recent addition to the Billson’s offering is their Soda Bar, located in Camp St, near the round-about. Fun for little or big kids who love ice-cream spiders, sodas, milkshakes and mocktails.
